Salon appointment policies
At Salon De Colourez, we strive to provide exceptional service to every client. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or change your appointment after the 48-hour window, a 100% appointment fee will apply for the scheduled services.
Please note that altering your appointment during your scheduled time is considered a late cancellation/alteration. Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a late fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we ask that you please plan ahead to avoid any fees. Late fees and no-show fees should be taken care of before booking a new appointment at our salon.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our salon etiquette. Our policies are in place to ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all of our clients.
